Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aisle wedding planning platform ("Service"), operated by Aisle ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who May Use Aisle

Aisle is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Each account is for use by a single wedding couple. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the same wedding.

3. Guest Data and SMS Messaging

When you add guests to Aisle and send them notifications, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the right to provide those guests' contact information (name, email, phone number) to Aisle for the purpose of sending wedding-related communications.
  • Guests whose phone numbers you add have consented, or will consent via an opt-in message, to receive SMS notifications about your wedding event.
  • You will not use Aisle to send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful messages.

SMS opt-out. Recipients may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You must honor opt-out requests and not re-add a phone number that has opted out.

Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent through the Service. Message frequency varies based on your use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Aisle for any purpose other than personal wedding planning
  • Send spam, bulk commercial messages, or harassing communications through the platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act

5. Intellectual Property

The Aisle platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter (guest lists, wedding details). You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that emails and SMS messages will be delivered. Delivery depends on third-party providers and carrier networks outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aisle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including failed message delivery, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, particularly those misusing the SMS messaging feature.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
