Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 17, 2026

Aisle ("we," "us," or "our") provides a wedding planning platform that helps couples manage their guest list, send save-the-date notifications, and coordinate wedding logistics. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When a couple registers, we collect their name, email address, and wedding details (date, location, partner names).

Guest information. Couples may add their guests' names, email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses to the platform on behalf of those guests.

RSVP responses. When a guest submits an RSVP through a personalized link, we collect their response and, optionally, their mailing address for physical invitation delivery.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver save-the-date notifications via email and SMS on behalf of the couple
  • To process and record RSVP responses
  • To provide the couple with guest management tools and downloadable invite lists
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Aisle platform

3. SMS Messaging

Aisle sends SMS messages on behalf of wedding couples to guests who have been added to their guest list. Messages may include save-the-date announcements and RSVP reminders.

Opt-in. By providing a phone number to the couple for inclusion in their Aisle guest list, or by replying YES to an opt-in request, you consent to receive text messages related to the wedding event.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Guests typically receive 1–3 messages per wedding event (save-the-date, RSVP reminder, and event updates).

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages sent and received.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe and stop receiving further SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Non-sharing of mobile numbers. We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers to any third party for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver wedding-related messages on behalf of the couple who added you to their guest list.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the platform (email delivery via Resend, SMS delivery via Twilio, database hosting via Supabase). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
  • The wedding couple who added you to their guest list. They can view your RSVP status and mailing address within Aisle.
  • Legal authorities when required by law.

5. Data Retention

Guest information is retained for the duration of the couple's account and for a reasonable period thereafter. Couples may delete their account and associated guest data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below. Guests may also opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with an updated effective date. Continued use of Aisle after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
